I work where opposites come together, where direction is required and space is needed, where there’s a desire to go deeper while results still count, where holding on and letting go take turns.
Working with Sideline Coaching suits people and teams who can take a lot on, feel a lot, and want a lot, yet sometimes get stuck. Not for lack of commitment, but because EITHER OR thinking leaves too little room for what wants to exist at the same time.
What we do isn’t a method. It’s attunement. Seeing what’s needed, naming what’s rubbing, and guiding what wants to move, with an eye on the person, the team and the organisation.
Our strength lies in constant calibration, staying sharp on what’s happening and adjusting when things get stuck, without reducing complex situations to simple answers.

When you’ve worked in organisations for years, you learn to see differently. You see how plans are meant to create clarity, yet can get stuck along the way in the reality of diaries, roles and interests.
