Building a strong foundation

We work with Insights Discovery as a simple colour model, supported by a personal Insights Discovery Profile. We use it as a starting point to build a shared language and open up more conscious dialogue about day-to-day practice.

After a short questionnaire, we explore what your answers say about your natural reactions and behavioural preferences. We link these preferences to four colours: Cool Blue, Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow and Earth Green.

This shared language is not a label or an end point, it helps you name what you notice and make differences discussable in day-to-day collaboration.

From there, we use it as a starting point for development. We support employees, leaders and teams to strengthen interaction and collaboration, with reflection, dialogue, ownership and sustainable change at the centre.

About Insights Discovery

Self-awareness is a foundation for growth. We create the space and psychological safety to reflect on what drives you, what you need and how you show up with others, so the insight can turn into clearer choices and habits in day-to-day practice.

STEP 1: The online questionnaire

Insights Discovery preference colours are explored through an easy-to-complete online questionnaire. It includes 25 questions, which participants complete in their own time and at their own pace, ahead of a coaching session or workshop. This gives us a shared starting point for dialogue: what becomes easier to name and where might there be friction in day-to-day collaboration?

STEP 2: Your Insights Discovery Profile

Your answers help shape a unique personal profile, which we always debrief with you through a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, either one-to-one or with your team. The profile can include different chapters, depending on your needs. Together, we explore what the patterns mean in real conversations: how you communicate, how you give and receive feedback and what you each need to work at your best.

STEP 3: The start of your development journey

We use the Insights Discovery Profile as a foundation for most of our development programmes. It is versatile and has the depth to support personal growth, stronger teams and leadership development, not as a quick fix but as a shared language that helps turn insight into reflection, dialogue and small, sustainable changes in day-to-day practice.
