Where insight deepens
Intervision is a structured, collegial way of learning where professionals learn with and from one another through real questions from their day-to-day practice.
We facilitate intervision by slowing down together, asking focused questions and exploring different perspectives. That’s how insights deepen and new options for action begin to emerge.
Intervision doesn’t start from advice or ready-made solutions from the outside, it starts from reflection, equality and ownership. The person bringing the case always remains responsible for what they choose to do with the insights.

About Intervision
We work with small, consistent groups (4 to 8 participants) and always support Intervision over an agreed period of time. Each session follows a clear, shared structure:
clarifying the case or question
asking deeper questions and exploring the situation together
reflecting and reframing
sharing perspectives and possible ways forward
closing with personal learnings and next steps
The emphasis is on open questions, listening and slowing down, not on quick fixes.
Facilitated intervision
We facilitate Intervision by safeguarding the process, structure and psychological safety. In practice, that means we:
create a clear start and make solid agreements
encourage reflection and high-quality questioning
keep an eye on the learning process and the group dynamics
gradually create more space for self-direction
Over time, the group grows into greater ownership and autonomy, while the quality of the learning process remains strong.
Intervision isn’t a one-off session; it’s a thoughtful learning movement that makes space for depth, growth and sustainable change.

How it works
Intervision is both deepening and normalising. We create a safe context in which participants discover they’re not the only ones wrestling with similar questions, each from their own role and reality.
Intervision is powerful:
learning from real, current situations in your own practice
gaining insight into your own actions and the actions of others
strengthening reflection, resilience and professional awareness
building trust and connection within a consistent group

The impact
Intervision is especially valuable for professionals who:
want to reflect on how they work and the impact they have
find themselves stuck in complex or recurring situations
want to navigate tension, dilemmas or change more consciously
want to keep growing in their craft and professionalism
Intervision requires openness and a genuine willingness to learn. It’s less suitable when participants mainly want to impose solutions, prove they’re right, or are highly status-conscious.
